The Data Interface for 2006 and Up GMs provides accessory power as well as retains RAP. It also retains chimes through an onboard speaker. It does include the prewired ASWC-1 harness but the ASWC-1 itself is sold separately. Review: Easy Install and great price. - Very easy install for a 2012 Silverado w/o navigation system. Easy to understand connection via color code to the new radio harness. The only odd item was using the solid blue wire to the blue white wire for amp power. Just have to read first to ensure all wires are correct. Great price and easy install. Would suggest buying shrink tubes and sodier the wires vice twist connectors or crimp connectors Review: 2011 GMC 2500 Denali. - Worked great after I figured out that there was a second programming option for alpine steering wheel controls, for Alpines with wired steering wheel control inputs.
