Really nice shiny metallic gray color, zippers work smoothly. Wheels are also sturdy and run well. My suitcase got a little damaged in transit, but I reached out to customer service and within days, they had sent me a replacement! It was the fastest customer service and also satisfactory resolution of the issue, much more than expected. You should try this out, it will make traveling that much easier!
