A: Yes it is fit for your 2001 CLK 320 I bought it a same product and 100% satisfied

**Q: How are the headlights after a few months of usage? Has anything failed, and are they waterproof? Thank you!**
A: After few months of usage they still look good and they have not failed. Only issue is that they are not as bright and clear at night.  Also it does not fit exactly as the original one,  there are some small spaces left
