My internal med vet prescribed this for my iggy with ibd. My girl can only take unflavored heartworm pills, and eats only RC Hydrolyzed food so I assume since it is Hydrolyzed chicken flavor it would be safe like the hydrolyzed food. **Q: Does it come in liquid form?** A: Not that I am aware of. **Q: Why is the "target species" listed as a "degu," a rodent from south america? the header says it's for dogs and cats.** A: Because medication is first commonly tested on rodents, thus for scientific purposes, they list this as the target species since that was the original target species. **Q: I want to know the expiry date of the product before ordering please?** A: I have ordered this product several times.
