I've found sometimes that I have to turn it upside down (with the switch side up). On more stubborn hairs try to align the hair with the tweezers. It also helps if you have a magnifying mirror. I have used it only once as it was delivered only yesterday. took about 2 weeks to get delivered as it is imported from the US. The seller (ibhejo) also asked for KYC documents for customs clearance and was also duly submitted. There was no problems getting the product. Product was nicely packed, no damages and is working fine. Does the job of removing hair (used it on my chin and neck area), leaves a smooth finish. picked out tiny hairs too..compact size for travelling. I bought it only to use on my chin and neck and so dont know if it can be used for hands/legs. the product is apparently not suitable for eyebrow hair ( as written on the product box).
