It will barely hold two "normal" sized oval pills but that's all I wanted it for. They included a couple extra gaskets for the screw top, which is classy. The threading on the case is good quality and it screws together easily. It's not hard to find the thread "lead in" spot, to engage the threads - it screws together easily without much fussing to find the thread alignment, in other words. If you're looking for a super tiny pill case to attach to your key ring or similar, this is it. One holds steak seasoning and the other black pepper. I marked the pepper with a square of black tape as they look the same otherwise. I like the siicone gasket that keeps the spices fresh and humidity out. I have never used these for their intended purpose as a pill case but they would work fine for that. They are not large so wouldn't carry a large number of pills or larger pills. They are water and air tight as well which is why I wanted them.
