This solved a problem for me where the source would get confused when an Onkyo receiver was connected but off and a 720P TV was also connected. The source would constantly switch back and forth between 1080k and 720p. With this splitter I can force the rate to always be 720p. **Q: Why are the blue output numbers just blinking and I can’t get a signal?
