The material is of decent quality, the material seems to be a little thin and the sponge is not too thick. You can use it for bench pressing, shoulder pressing, curling, leg extensions, etc. Although it includes manual instructions, it was complex and confusing to assemble it. It is semi-heavy so you can load it on your own, but it is better if someone supports you to move it if necessary. The pads where you place your feet to exercise seem to be resistant. It is adjustable so you can adjust depending on how tall you are.
