Once adjusted, they hold my magazines firmly, but drawing them is a breeze. These are a great option for single stack 1911 magazines. EDIT: I noted a few reviews mentioning that these were not holding single stack magazines securely. There is an adjustment screw to set tension and mine came with the Allen wrench needed to make that adjustment. Getting the tension I am used to only took a few seconds and the screw has held its position since I made the initial adjustment. Hundreds of draws on each and they remain where I want them. They are also ambi, the clip can be moved to either side of the holder. I carry mine to the inside of my belt, clip facing outward. I had to move the clip tot he other side of the holder to facilitate this. Took about a minute to convert both. Review: Quality product, without the premium product price tag. YOU NEED THIS - This is an absolutely phenomenal product. I use it for my 1911 mags (as is the purpose lol), and it excels. It’s comfortable to wear, isn’t janky at all.
