**Q: How does the warranty and maintenance work ? What’s the service guarantee ?**
A: We offer Service warranty on the product for 12 months from the date of purchase (Invoice date). Customer will be required to courier the product to our Service Center at the below given address :-
M/s-  IRays Medtech solutions Pvt. Ltd. (Service Department),
H. No.- 645, Top Floor,
Sector-38, Gurgaon-122001.

Customer needs to ensure that the product is packed properly so that the product is not damaged in transit. Company will not be responsible for any damage to the product.

There are no charges on the service part under warranty period but customer will have to bear the courier charges.
