Sourced from a secure global supply chain, this kosher spice ensures consistent quality and is perfect for professional chefs and home bakers alike. ## Description Fill your kitchen with the warmth and sweetness that McCormick Culinary Ground Korintji Cinnamon provides. This korintji cinnamon powder undergoes a careful growing and harvesting process in a global supply chain to ensure all chefs enjoy a consistent flavor in dishes. Knowledgeable farmers pick premium bark from mature trees to ensure each bottle of ground cinnamon contains high-quality ingredients and vibrant flavors. After the harvesting process, the bark enters the drying, packaging, steaming and grounding stage to create a culinary-grade ground cinnamon spice. Purchasing this 16-ounce bottle of cinnamon powder will help your kitchen save time and money. Since korintji cinnamon has more potent flavors than other varieties or fresh cinnamon, culinary professionals can achieve the same delicious results using less spice, making it a cost-effective seasoning in your kitchen. Each bottle also features a split top lid to make it easier to sprinkle or spoon out the amount of spice your dish needs. Chefs can use Korintji cinnamon in more than just sweet desserts or hot drinks like cocoas and lattes. The slightly spicy notes in cinnamon add a unique flavor to many savory dishes, too. Use cinnamon spice to create comforting and delicious meals like cinnamon-apple pork chops, Mediterranean couscous or sweet potato and crab soup. McCormick Culinary Ground Korintji Cinnamon adds versatility to any kitchen to allow your dishes to thrive. Try adding ground cinnamon to cashew baklava or caramel snickerdoodle bars. Cinnamon can also enhance the taste of vegetable curry and carrot-parsnip bisque. As a kosher ingredient made from culinary-grade bark, McCormick Culinary Ground Korintji Cinnamon reliably provides outstanding flavor while meeting your guests' dietary needs.
