Pretty good quality considering how affordable it is. I saw in someone else’s review that they didn’t believe the tone button worked. You have to press it (maybe 2-3 times to get the message across) and then select the tone you want with the knob. It’s not that it didn’t work, you just have to try a couple times. I’m not sure what the chord button does and I’m not sure if I can slow down the tempo while learning the songs that would probably knock a star off of my rating if it doesn’t, but I’m sure I’ll figure it out when I read the manual. I emailed the support on the website regarding getting a replacement hinge part or getting other repair support. The fragile hinge is clearly a separate piece from the body. I planned gluing a couple metal hinges from the hardware store, but the support team responded to my inquiry same day and offered a full replacement piano! Keys light up and feel weighted very well.
