I need exactly this size to mix a liquid, so I don't need to measure. I don't use them for drinking because I have arthritis in my hands and it would hurt to constantly be lifting them to drink from. So, I mix my drink in these and leave them in the refrigerator until I need it. The lids are secure and I've had no leaking.
