I poured inside water that was in the fridge, but without ice, put thermos in living room on normal temperature and tried it every couple of hours. It managed to stay cold for more than 10 hours and there were no sweating on the thermos outside.When I performed same testing with hot coffee, it managed to stay warm for around 7 hours which is great result for thermos in this price range.
