For example , the "XXX HEAVY" black band offers far less resistance than the Power Systems brand blue one I normally use for exercising, the next-level lower red band offers less resistance than the far lower-level green ones of another brand I often see people using, and for me the blue and the green offer so little resistance they are of no use whatsoever - and therein lies the problem with having to buy a "set" of four different levels.While a set of these would likely be good for someone who has just had a joint surgery and is in, or just out of, initial rehab, I wouldn't recommend them for a male who is in reasonably good condition to routinely exercise with. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Top quality. I want my equipment to be reliable and i do not want to waste time and money having to replace things often (particularly because I live in the sticks and haveto to buy nearly all my equipment online) so I only buy professional quality. I was iffy about this purchase as I had never heard of the brand but made the leap and purchased anyway. I am pleasantly surprised to find that the quality is on par with Thera band. Sure, you can go to Wally world and buy their stuff for the same price and not have to wait for shipping but as with everything you buy at that store, it's junk quality and you'll be lucky if it lasts a month. Again, I'm impressed with the quality. Since they are continuous loops, they're particularly suitable for exercises for which "non-loop" bands are often cut into smaller pieces that are tied together. But unlike those bands, these loops have no knot to get in the way. Better yet, the manufacturer thoughtfully printed the relative strength (light, medium, etc) right on each band, so it isn't necessary to save and consult a chart that gives that information or to memorize which color corresponds to extra heavy, for example.
