**Q: Product was not sealed properly and leaked out, what do I do?**
A: Happened to mine as well. I did a "chat" with an associate (which is honestly getting harder and harder to locate) because they wanted me to return the bottle which spilled out. I had already tossed it. They were able to help me get the refund. So if you can't return the empty bottle/gross package but you have the time, contact customer service.
