A: I did some research on this when my father was diagnosed with Parkinson’s. I do believe it works, tho lifestyle would be involved also. I think about two months. Hope this helps.

A: This one's Description section says "Mucuna and whole herb" which leads me to think it is the seed and plant extract.

**Q: When are these expiring?**
A: Answer from Company (Keter Wellness)The Manufacturing date (MFG) is on the bottom of the bottle.  There is no definite expiration date to Mucuna L-Dopa 20%, but if stored properly it should stay fresh for 2 years.We will be putting the expiration date on the bottom to avoid any further confusion.

**Q: From 700mg what does minimum 20% l-dopa mean? does it mean 140mg or more? or does it mean atleast 560mg?**
A: It means that this has about 20% or greater concentration of L-Dopa. The substance in the capsule has some L-Dopa in it but it isn't pure. So up to 80% of what you're ingesting isn't the chemical you're after. Usually the byproduct is just something inert, and I had no problems with it and saw benefits from the L-Dopa increase.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Concentrated, Affordable, and Effective

Based on a tip I received from an osteopath, I decided to give mucuna a try for some ongoing low libido issues. According to the osteopath, her client used some powdered form and after using for some time feels like he's in his 20s again sexually. From the research I've done on this herb, it supplies your body with a precursor to dopamine as well as hiking LH (stimulates T and sperm production). Due to the fact that this is not an FDA approved substance, there's not much in the way of proven dosages to follow and I'm aware that too much dopamine over an extended period time will result in "downregulation" of your receptors... Which, apparently, isn't a good thing. But, since I do enjoy experimenting on myself, I decided to give this a go. I picked up some AFI HGH Dopa 400 (mucuna pruriens extract, 400mg each, 15% L-DOPA) at a local supplement store and gave it a go. After roughly a week of 6 pills a day, I found myself going from barely any sexual response to almost too randy for my own good! Even looking at an attractive woman generated an immediate physiological response (rare for me), and my testes grew slightly larger, firmer, and became pleasurably sore. By the end of the week it was pretty intense, so I decided to take a couple days off. After that, the intensity simply never returned. I tried for another couple weeks, and found my response diminishing past previous lows. Either way, the stuff had worked somehow and I wanted to get it back. Naturally, I started hunting around for a more efficient brand of mucuna--one that didn't require me taking 6-8 pills a day--and bumped into this on Amazon. It was a killer deal, and the +5% L-Dopa meant more bang for the buck. I first started these at 2 a day (suggested is 1-2), then bumped to 3 pretty quickly as I really wanted that constantly aroused feeling back. Unfortunately, I only got about 1/3 of it back, then started getting mild headaches in the mornings. I stopped for a bit, and have recently restarted using only 1 a day. So far so good. Feeling some mild arousal returning, and definitely getting used to the warm flush feeling when they kick in, but still trying to figure out an ideal dosage. I worry that I may have overloaded my system on the first (AFI) trial run, but we'll see... In short, I felt like the AFI brand mucuna was a much "smoother" feeling, like a warm wave that lasted an hour or so. These Keter Wellness ones, being of a higher caliber, still produce results but feel a tad more harsh. Also, the AFI brand pills are brown and grainy whereas these are solid white. Not sure what that's all about. Both brands work, one requires fewer pills while the other can be more finely dosed based on your own response.
