If you want to see how it works (it does work well) you can use a butter knife to push down all the way on the tip keeping the hole clear of the knife(or another rigid object) to see it pop out. DO NOT USE YOUR FINGER!!!! It will shoot out with a lot of force and hurt like a mother f'er. I gave one as a gift and that person used their finger. Will it drain your battery?** A: I leave mine plugged in all tbe time, depending on the auto maker your vehicle, the plug may or may not be turned off with the key.
