**Q: How many quarts will this hold?**
A: This roaster is only 13 inches inside, not 15. I returned mine and got a bigger one because I didn't think I could fit a turkey in this one. I ordered the 18 inch silver one and it is perfect. I don't know how many quarts this one will hold - it's very small.

**Q: Can this roaster be put on a ceramic glass stove top to brown meat?**

A: Thank you for contacting IMUSA, this is manufactured in Mexico.

**Q: Is this nonstick?**
A: Not really, it is enamel. FYI: This roaster is very small, not at all 15", but 13" from the inside of one end to the other. I did not think a 12 lb. turkey would fit in it, so I sent it back and ordered the 18" silver oval roaster and it is perfect, but not non-stick which was fine by me.
