Review: Great value and works well - It’s soft and quality is decent. Since it’s larger than the standard sizes, it covers more of the body. It warm almost immediately when turned on. I find the highest setting to be a little too hot for my taste, so I stick to the lower temperature settings. The heat distribution is so-so. The middle being the warmest and the ends being cooler, but since it’s larger, that doesn’t seem to matter as much.
Review: It’s good, just needs to be more hotter. - Honestly, I put it in the highest setting and it’s not as hot as I expected or wanted it to be, I like it super hot because when it’s really hot it helps with my cramps. I mean it is pretty hot and does the job but I wish the heat would feel the same through my clothes rather than me having to lift up my shirt and put it against my bare skin to feel the heat better. It is nice and soft tho and it covers my body which I like. Overall I like it and it does its job.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: What are the temperatures at each of the three setting?**
A: Barely gets hot. The highest setting gets about as hot as the low setting on any other heating pad I've ever used.

**Q: Does this get hot? I saw the negative review**
A: Nope. Not much heat output. The highest setting is cooler than a warm setting on any other make. I spoke with the manufacturer and was told that high is 120 degrees. I used a pretty accurate food rated thermometer and HOT reached 110 degrees F. Don't believe what the manufacturer posted about reaching 170 degrees.

**Q: The pad that i purchased under two years ago has stopped working. How do I apply for a replacement under warranty?**
A: Would you contact us by clicking on “GENIANI” under the “BUY NOW” button on the product detail page? You will see “Have a question for GENIANI?” contact form. We will gladly assist you.

**Q: How big is it?**
A: It’s pretty big. It’s a good size enough to wrap around stomach and back

*by A***W on July 29, 2026*

This is absolutely the most EXCELLENT product for keeping your body warm, muscles relaxed, and absolutely delivers on what its supposed to do. It is EASY to use. a) Plug In to the outlet b) Press the button on the gadget to set your heat level, c) wrap heater around part of body that needs it. OMG. This has saved my life of pain. It's incredibly safe as well. 100 Stars in my humble opinion.
