I have used Dr. Keith's Own Super C for at least five years and have found it to be a huge help especially when I feel I am starting to come down with something. When I start to feel a cold or a sore throat trying to take hold I will take a dose and then go to bed (or take a nap if it is mid-day). When I wake up I feel fine with no remnants of the blooming infection. It is one of my go-to remedies I would not be without. I'm not always faithful about taking things every day but I have no doubt that I would notice a difference if I took this daily. Unfortunately self-discipline is not my strong suit.
