After contacting the seller about this they wanted me to troubleshoot the issues with their technician . I didn’t pay such a high price to fix your issues maybe at a discount. Because time is money. . As much as these cost you would think they are checked for quality and ready to go. That’s why I purchased it . I needed this for a business trip and thought for that price it should be the best! Although it did work ,it was glitchy and questionable with the programming and in my opinion not up to par for the price range it’s in. Also this thing is really heavy and comes with no way to organize the bits . Why such a little case with a big foam cut out for the bits? How was this supposed to work out? I will say this screw driver is beautiful and quite marvelous when it comes to the style and the idea behind it . But, it should be made with lightweight aluminum, up to date software, also triple checked for quality assurance and convenience.
