I thought it was just going to be temporary till I could get a name brand . I was wrong this hynade has been a work horse coming up on 3 years . I have never had one issue with this machine and I have used and abused it . On 240v 60amps It cuts 1/2 steel no issues 15ipm , 16 gauge at 100ipm at 45 amps .I’ve ran this thing multiple times for 30 plus minutes straight cutting small parts in a full 3’ x 4’ 1/4 inch steel plate at 45amps 240v and it just keeps working .When I first got it I did have to open it up and adjust the air pressure regulator but that’s all I’ve ever done other the run a 80 amp machine torch . I have cut 1000s of things using this machine hours on hours of runtime and have nothing but good things to say about this machine . If it ever does go out I’m just ordering another. Check to make sure 1) your air is connected and at the correct pressure, 2) the torch parts are assembled correctly and making good contact. I have not used my new plasma cutter yet but my old thermal dynamics was also a great machine but was really sensitive to the fit of the consumables. If they were off brand replacements they didn’t always work. I would have to swap out different electrodes and mix and match sometimes to get it working.
