純度99.9％のNMNです。 30gなので1日250mgとするならば、実質120日分くらいでしょうか。 カプセルタイプのNMNは他の栄養成分が入っていたり、不純物が入っていたりもします。 (特に栄養成分の配合量が不明だったり、不要な物が入っていたり) また、カプセル自体にも合成着色料などが含まれたり、 そもそもカプセルが大きくて飲みづらかったりもします。 ですが、こちらは粉末なのでそういった心配とは無縁です。 純粋にNMNのみを摂取出来ます。 お高く見えますが、カプセルが主流なNMNでは一線を画す粉末タイプは貴重ですし、 容量を守ればそこまで高くはないです。 海外産のサプリメントはカプセルが大きくて飲みにくい事が多いので、 そういった意味でも粉末タイプというのは良い気がします。
