Yes, you do get the wrenches with the item. **Q: Is this more powerful than the M12 3" cutoff tool? That tool is extremely underpowered.** A: I have no experience with the other tool your referring to but I can tell you I really love this tool small, quiet and powerfull it does use up battery quick but I cut though a floor of a chevy van to do the fuel pump with 4inch which is 1 inch too large and took 1- 4amp, 1 - 2 Amp. will over load if you try too hard but great for roloc. cut off is it's hardest job but it will do it. I would say when it over loads isn't much different than a mid grade air tool **Q: Which version works better for rust and crud removal of auto parts still on vehicle, the right angle or straight?** A: I would think the 90 angle would be easier on the wrists, both tools accept the same size 1/4 inch shafts and it would just depend on the area you need to get into.
