This product shipped fast, was packaged well, and is well made. There are no flaws in the basket whatsoever. I used the basket liner as a cover while proofing and a stencil to decorate the top of my loaf after scoring. I will get many years of use and have fun while making bread with this bundle. Not knowing what I was doing, I watched a video and the lady had a basket just like this that she used to put her dough in to rise.I didn't find any instructions so I kind of just did it on my own.First, I flowered the basket really well and put my dough in it to rise. It worked really well and I must have floured it enough because the dough came out easily.Then, I seen where you flour the cloth basket insert to let the bread rise. That works well too, but I think the bread gets crustier using just the basket.I did this video... no words, just some pictures of my starter, the basket and how I floured the cloth insert.
