Review: Good Knife - I love how sharp it is so it’s easy to slice meats and how it comes with a cover so I feel safe when storing them. This is seriously the best knife I have ever had! I've been using it for a long time now and I pretty much use it for cutting everything. It's so affordable too that I'm thinking of getting another one!
Review: This knife is close to the best in its price range. - I'm impressed. MIU took sharpening well for a $13 dollar knife. Of course it does have hard and soft spots as all cheap steel does - That generally shouldn't hurt the cut or the 13 dollar selling point. If I remember Ill post a Rockwell Hardness on here after I test it. Wish I would have seen the three piece set. I'm sure this is the same knife as Fissman and Bernoff. I was looking for a decent cheap kitchen knife. The raised edge and the indent on the other side of the blade is what made me buy this one. The quest for my slice of cucumber to release the blade. I was also attracted to the look of the blade with the holes. The knife is on the lighter side. The handle feel is decent. I took this knife and my $200 dollar knife of the same style and held them both at the same time. The 200 dollar knife didn't feel as sporty as the MIU. In the long run the $200 dollar knife will out perform the the MIU. With the MIU, I don't have to worry about somebody taking bad kitchen habits out on my 200 blade. I nervous when I hear things dropping in the sink around my 200 blade. I cant give this knife 5 stars. I will say its 5 stars for its price. If this was included in a best cheap knife evaluation, I'm sure it would score high. The picture. I sharpened to 25 degrees. I didn't polish the blade at that point. I bought that sharpener on desertcart too.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful knife

I think this is a great kitchen knife - it is easy to hold and manipulate, cuts well, cleans easily. The only nitpick I have is that the handle, while easy to grip, would have felt better if it was wood. Otherwise, a great knife which I find myself using by choice. Jim
