I used half the stuffing from my Coop pillow and want to use the rest to make an extra pillow for my kid.** A: No. You will need to buy an inner pillow case as well. I bought the inner pillow case of from DIY natural bedding. The Coop outer case alone and the DIY inner case were cheaper than a second pillow from Coop. Took half the of the stuffing from the first Coop pillow set and moved it to the DIY inner case. Then covered it with the Coop outer casing. Note that all sizes for me were King **Q: Can this be used to hold foam to make pillow?** A: Yeah I believe it could function just like any other normal pillow case. I alreday have the pillow and it came with a cover on it. I** A: This one has a cooling side if you sleep hot. 1 side is cool other side like the original case that comes with pillow for cold nights.
