I reached out to BlueParrott customer service because I thought maybe I had received a defective headset. It has now been two weeks and I still haven’t received a response. For the price, I expected much better quality and customer support. Poor performance, poor customer service, and definitely not worth the money. Save yourself the hassle and get the BlueParrott 450 instead.
