Some of my headaches triggers include coffee, alcohol, dehydration, and irregular sleep patterns. If I don't avoid these triggers, I am bound to get an intense headache. In the past, my headaches pain would be so bad that it would last for several days.... no amount of aspirin or other NSAIDS would relieve the pain.
