I'm a size up from the small/ medium question. I had to decide between medium and large. I was right on the borderline and went up to large. I'm glad I did. In my experience the gloves seem to get tighter as I workout. Maybe there's more blood being forced into the hands fingers when I grip weights. I think the medium gloves would have restricted my hands and would not have been as comfortable as the large gloves are. **Q: I used these for months and never had a problem then I wash them in a bucket and now they stain my hands whats up?** A: This may sound counterintuitive, I don’t was my gloves. My hands don’t sweat a lot and, TMI, they are not malodorous. Perhaps a cycle in the washing machine and lay out until dry. Sorry I couldn’t be of help. I've been using their gloves over ten years. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Don't cheap out on your gloves, get these! *by A***Y on March 31, 2023* I'd previously purchased some cheap imported gloves by some no-name company and thought that because they had 4 stars, they might be worth the risk. I was wrong. The other gloves began to come apart within a month and were worthless after that. I got these because I'd gotten this brand long ago (got gloves and lifting straps) and they did a great job. I needed a pair of gloves NOT for callous protection but to maximize my grip during pullups and other exercises (I tend to loosen my grip at very heavy weights and this is bad for my ligaments). These did the job perfectly: when closing my grip around the bar, I hold onto the gloves which makes my grip a little more secure and reduces the chance my grip will loosen under maximum weights.The only possible downside is the gloves are thick and might be a bit too thick around some bars. I don't mind but I did notice that on some newer dumbbells, my hands did not wrap around as well, and I have big hands! Regardless, this thickness is part of why they are so durable and in the months since I got them, they've held up wonderfully! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Comfortable but hard to get off *by J***N on July 17, 2023* 6/17/23I'm replacing my last pair of Harbinger gloves that the no longer seem to make. They are as close as I could come. I ordered them in the same size Medium as before. They are overall pretty comfortable. The challenge comes when you try and get them off. Your fingers are likely a bit sweaty at the point and the hold around your fingers fit TIGHT making it a challenge to get off. Maybe they'll loosen up some.
