The first set of shelves I received were defective and their customer service team was quick to send me a replacement. I'm very happy with the shelves - they are sturdy and easy to install and adjust. I'm not very handy but I was able to mount it above the window myself rather quickly. Adjusting and leveling the shelves took more time than the actual install. I use the shelf for my succulents since I only have 1 window in my house that receives bright sunlight. I'm very happy with this shelf unit, especially compared to an identical product on Amazon that is priced much more. I hope this seller offers 3 or 4 tier shelf options in the future. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The showpiece of my apartment *by A***Y on Reviewed in the United States on March 15, 2017* They are very easy to install, and come with everything your need except for possibly a Philips screwdriver and hammer. I get compliments on them from every person who enters my apartment. I had three of them up in my previous apartment and just bought one more after moving into a place with a wider window. The older ones are still in excellent condition after two years. The newest one appears to be exactly the same, even though this is a different seller. I have hung these in south-facing windows and had thriving African violets, cyclamen that bloomed continuously for nearly a year, and every kind of herb.
