However I must usually them to reinforce my balloon clusters and to hang balloons. The simplest trick I learned to help hang balloons was to put down painters tape in a square shape. On top of the painters tape, use a sticky hook. Tie a 260 to make a loop and use that loop to wrap around the balloon(s). It is easy to remove.
