Review: Fantastic seller experience - What can I say! Amazing seller from start to finish. Having purchased a few days ago,my cameras where installed on Sunday.. I messaged late on Sunday evening with a query, presuming I would hear back on Monday, i in fact had a reply within minutes! The seller couldn’t have been more helpful and sorted out my query without delay. I even received some extra goodies as a very kind, over and above gesture. The cameras themselves are fantastic, easy to install and have great images. The box came full with everything you need and more, even a choice of white or black camera covers. The app is easy to download from the QR code that pops up on your monitor during setup. I am so happy i choose to purchase the Brena security system. Value for money, customer service and a great product this really deserves 5 star plus.

They arrived on time and everything was in the box as it says. Very easy to set up but with me being heavy handed I broke one of the camera leads I contacted the support email address on there website asking if I can purchase a new lead as it was my fault also if it could be a longer lead. I got a very swift response say that they would send me 2 leads with connectors to join them together so I had a longer lead. I was also told it would be free of charge. 2 days later they both come and problem solved. Very good quality day and night, face recognition works as it should and excellent support from the support team. Would strongly recommend.

A: Hi, you do not need a special cable, the ethernet cable supplied in the box is perfectly fine, have you visited our website and tried to follow the video tutorial for mobile phone setup. Hope that helps

Yes it does, what you see in the pictures is what you get, do not need any additional items apart from a tv/monitor

**Q: Do they have sound?**
A: No, the cameras on the system do not have sound. They are without audio

**Q: How do you find serial number? As not on sticker on the back and cant find it anywhere**
A: Go into Main Menu, Click on "Info", then click on "Version". You will  see the serial on the right.
