A: The item received were easy to install without the need of any additional parts, I never used the warranty because it worked perfectly for me .. some filters got my skin irritated because it contain perfume but with Phillips filter this problem did not occurred at all ..

Coming from New Zealand where we don't have hard water, my hair never felt clean and my skin was drying out. I purchased this and a new shower head (SKY-TOUCH Sky Touch High Pressure Filtered Shower Head For Hard Water And Filtering Impurity; https://www.amazon.ae/dp/B0971DX95W?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title) and my hair is almost back to normal and my skin is back to normal again. Also bought a clarifying shampoo and conditioner which would have helped, but would recommend this product as a cheaper alternative to the likes of Jolie, Afina etc Main downside is shower pressure is affected, which is only really annoying when washing my hair, but nothing so drastic that I can't remove product efficiently.
