Review: surprisingly useful, easy to use - I really didn't think these would work but for me they do. I use them to reduce the pollen load into my sinuses. I stick them in and put a wee dab of Vicks vapo rub on the outside surface. They don't stop everything but seem to lower the intensity of chemical scents, dust etc. I'm hopeful they will be helpful during forest fires season when particulates from smoke really aggravate respiratory conditions

I really didn't think these would work but for me they do. I use them to reduce the pollen load into my sinuses. I stick them in and put a wee dab of Vicks vapo rub on the outside surface. They don't stop everything but seem to lower the intensity of chemical scents, dust etc. I'm hopeful they will be helpful during forest fires season when particulates from smoke really aggravate respiratory conditions
