Can you verify? Thanks** A: These are a Costco product distributed under the name brand name Kirkland. They are dry roasted and unsalted mixed nuts (Cashews, Almonds, Pistachios). The presence of Peanut Oil is what indicates a dry roasting process was used. They are the best I have ever had. The almonds are crunchier than normal. **Q: Are these nuts roasted?** A: It does not say "Roasted" anywhere on the container that I have. (I just looked). They contain peanut oil, which means they are most likely fried in it. I have learned that there are a lot shenanigans that go on in the nut industry.
