Review: Great pan. - When the ceramic surface on my old Le Creuset cracked, I decided to give this brand a try. It’s considerably more affordable than Le Creuset, and I’m finding it performs just as well. This is a great pan for making polenta, although I wish it were a little larger. I find that it heats evenly, and so on low heat works well for making custards and curds. I purchased a Dutch oven as well for making soups and stews. I do find these to be quite heavy, as heavy as my much larger Le Creuset. On the stove, that’s not a bad thing, but don’t skip your resistance training if you want to be able to lift this. I do find that the handle gets hot so I have to keep a hot pad handy.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great pan.
