And the size of the latches are easy for little fingers to work. I was just playing with this with my 15-month-old grandson. He loves moving the snaps and latches back and forth and opening the doors. **Q: Can i bring it in the airplane?** A: Hi Maria! Sure! Just put it in your carry-on-bag. Bon voyage! **Q: I want to use this with parrots. Is there a way to attach something to the door so a small treat can’t be offered?** A: I have purchased 2 of these for grandchildren, they love them. But they have fingers. I can't see how you would put treats on the doors to assist a bird to open the latches unless you glued it. **Q: Why is this toy rated for three and up?
