It literally has a soya/seitan-type granules bag, and a seasoning like a Maggi packet and another with kala namak. That is it! It's also no more processed than the average cheaper granules a dime a dozen. So to make bhurji: - chop your own veggies and fry them - boil, wash(!) and drain/wring out the granules - THEN start actually cooking... And even then the seasonings are not added at one go, so this is not one step! Not worth the price or the sheer time it takes. Tastes nothing like a paneer or egg bhurji even remotely. Main taste is chilli (and the onion and tomato you have to add), the umami is completely overwhelmed For pity's sake, people, use a crumbled tofu block (they are just as shelf-stable and less 'processed food'), Maggi or whatever other seasoning pleases you, and a pinch of kala namak instead.
