What cereal has a similar sweetness level?** A: This is definitely not a sweet cereal. It is a healthy cereal with flaxseeds and other nutritional ingredients in it. It was one of the suggested foods weight watchers gave me years ago. It is high in fiber. **Q: Is this really gluten free? It has barley in it.** A: There are four ingredients in Uncle Sam's Whole Wheat Berry Flakes and Flaxseed Cereal: whole grain wheat, flax seed, barley malt, and salt. It is vegan; nowhere does it advertise that it is gluten-free. **Q: Why are all the bad cereals easy to come by? the healthy cereals are either very expensive or disappeared?** A: In my view, it's all related to the return on investment. Bad cereal is cheaper to produce. Healthy alternatives don't make as much profit because it apparently cost more to produce.
