I made the Browned Butter- Coffee Blondies yesterday...they look very much like the picture which is very important to me..I cant wait to try the Caramelized Banana Blondies next!..so good foe picnics or just having a fool proof perfect dessert for company...cant wait to check out the authors new cookie book in September!

Fantastic science backed book....i adore MOIST blond brownies..the more chunks..the better!..Im very picky about blondies!!..this book has two delightful recipes for blond brownies amongst several cakes, cookies, chocolate buttercream frosting recipe, chocolate pop tarts, cheesecakes, etc... I made the Browned Butter- Coffee Blondies yesterday...they look very much like the picture which is very important to me..I cant wait to try the Caramelized Banana Blondies next!..so good foe picnics or just having a fool proof perfect dessert for company...cant wait to check out the authors new cookie book in September!

This is a wonderful book to have in your collection. It teaches you so much and the author is a nice woman. She’s on IG too. I pay attention to the details she put in this book. It’s the little things, you know. I have even gotten encouraged to make my own recipes. Get it. It would also make a nice gift for a baker friend!
