**Q: Is it with color save?**
A: I use Shout on everything and have never had a color run or fade. I buy the refill because it saves money. The label reads "safe for all colorfast washables".

**Q: The description states it is unscented but the picture of the bottle does not show that.  Is it truly unscented?**
A: My bottle says nothing about scent but it does have a mild, pleasant scent.

**Q: Why is shout out of stock everywhere for months ? Are they discontinuing it ?**
A: It is out of stock due to high demand. Supply is very limited especially during the pandemic.

**Q: Will it remove diahrrea stain**
A: have used it for years. It works well on new stains and old stains.
