I have been struggling to lose 10 lbs. I started with the 1 pill twice a day, following directions of half hour after meal. On the fourth day, my stomach was extremely distended. This product does not leave room in your stomach for food. I’m a conscientious eater, and believe in small portions. For example, for breakfast I may have a piece of fruit and tea. My stomach became so bloated, it hurt horribly. I began to have painful cramps. I stopped taking it. I gained 10 lbs in the 5 days I took this pill. I do not know if this is a result of the constipation and the bloating which I still have. (stopped taking the pill last Friday) and it’s 5 days after this pill, and still bloated. I did an experiment of putting 2 pills in 8 ounces of water over night (that’s the equivalent of 1 day of pills). Next morning, the water had become an almost solid gelatin mass. I envisioned that’s what happened in my stomach causing it to be distended.
