I have struggled with my weight my entire life and this hoop is truly helping me stay active and lose weight. I wasn’t able to do the recommended 30 minutes at first, but I worked myself up to it and did my first 30 minutes yesterday! It feels like a full body workout! My core is engaged, and I can feel it working in my butt and legs a lot! To get my arms more involved, I hold them out to my sides, in front of me, or above my head for as long as I can while I hoop. It’s much more fun than a treadmill, I promise you that. I can still breathe comfortably while I workout, but I am burning a wicked sweat! My heart rate is definitely up while I hoop! I am a teacher, and it’s been easy to use during summer vacation. I am looking forward to seeing if I can keep up when I get back to my normal work schedule. Overall, I’m so glad I got it! It’s easy and quick to put on. I don’t have to leave the house to use it, and that’s a big plus! Many people talk about how loud the hoop is when using it, but it’s plastic vigorously rubbing on plastic. The sound should not be a deterrent if you are serious about losing weight. I listen to music and start hooping! The time goes by quickly and it’s over before you know it! Update: I am three days shy of my one month trial of the hoop, and I have seen drastic changes in my body. Today, I took off my first link, equivalent to 2 inches. The hoop has been easy to use every day and I truly enjoy using it. I cannot recommend this enough. Review: Good stuff - I was skeptical at first because I'd seen so many of these marketed. When I got it, it took a bit of fiddling to get it adjusted- the weighted ball has a length adjustment which affected how it spun for me at first, but it was easy to fix. The hoop itself is also very easy to add/remove links as needed. Once I got everything to fit and move how it was supposed to, I did 15 minutes for a first try, and I was pleasantly surprised how low-impact, yet effective the workout was. The hoop was comfortable to wear over some light clothes and didn't bite into my skin at all. The next day I was sore like I'd done a much tougher workout! The only downside I would say is the sound, but it's not terrible- it's about what I would expect for a modular item such as this. For the price, I would say it's very much worth it to give it a shot. ## Features - CUSTOM FIT WAIST TRAINER FOR WOMEN: Our weighted hula hoop features 24 detachable knots, allowing you to customize your hula hoop for waist sizes up to 47 inches, suitable for women, plus-size users, and home gym exercise routines - BURN CALORIES AND LOSE BELLY FAT: The silicone gravity ball adds weight for an effective workout, helping burn up to 800 calories in 30 minutes, suitable for waist training, cardio, pilates, and abdominal, leg, arm, and core toning - COMFORTABLE 360 ROLLERS: Equipped with three shock-absorbing massage rollers, this weighted infinity hoop rotates smoothly, allowing comfortable exercise without pain while sweating, toning, and sculpting your waist, abs, legs, and arms with this at home workout equipment - SAFE AND DURABLE DESIGN: Made of hard ABS plastic with soft silicone balls filled with iron sand, this infinity weighted hula hoop is leak-proof, smooth, and skin-safe, suitable for sit, circle, pilates, and abs workouts, functioning as a waist trainer - ALL-IN-ONE HOME FITNESS TOOL: Suitable for adult workout routines, home gyms, pilates, and exercise enthusiasts who want a reliable waist trainer, belly fat ring, or abdominal exercise equipment - ADJUSTABLE LENGTH DESIGN: The 47-inch adjustable design with detachable knots ensures a personalized fit that accommodates various body types and fitness levels for optimal workout performance - VERSATILE EXERCISE EQUIPMENT: Functions as multiple fitness tools in one, including waist trainer, pilates ring, cardio equipment, and core strengthening device for comprehensive full-body workouts at home ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B099WKW3TY | | Best Sellers Rank | #7,435 in Sports & Outdoors ( See Top 100 in Sports & Outdoors ) #5 in Weighted Fitness Hoops | | Brand Name | FIT ON FORM | | Color | Blue | | Customer Reviews | 4.0 4.0 out of 5 stars (5,590) | | Date First Available | January 1, 2024 | | Included Components | Instructions | | Item Dimensions LxWxH | 47 x 47 x 0.1 inches | | Item Package Dimensions L x W x H | 15.98 x 12.26 x 2.91 inches | | Item Weight | 1.37 kg | | Manufacturer | FIT ON FORM | | Material | Plastic Silicone | | Model Name | Weighted Hoola Hoop | | Number of Items | 1 | | Package Weight | 1.32 kg | | Part Number | HH0002 | | Size | 47" | | Style | Hoop | | Suggested Users | unisex-adult | | Warranty Description | Life Time Satisfaction | ## Product Details - **Material:** Plastic Silicone - **Brand:** FIT ON FORM - **Age Range (Description):** Adult - **Color:** Blue - 47 Inch - **Product Dimensions:** 47"L x 47"W ## Images ![FIT ON FORM Infinity Weighted Hula Hoop (Blue) - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81jA4LJpp0L.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Color, Size** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: Can i buy some of the links you all are not using?? The track is not smooth and gets caught up easily. There is no designed section for removal so the slots get worn out which in turn makes the track separate. HOWEVER, it makes you have to work a little harder and gets the heart rate up. I use it almost every day. ## Frequently Bought Together - FIT ON FORM Infinity Weighted Hula Fit Hoop for Adult Weight Loss, 2 in 1 Smart Fitness Exercise Hoop for Women Abs Workout, 24/28/32 Detachable Knots - Sports Research® Sweet Sweat Waist Trimmer - Premium Sweat Enhancing Fitness Belt for Women & Men - 5 Adjustable Sizes --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.gr/products/381740238-fit-on-form-infinity-weighted-hula-hoop-blue](https://www.desertcart.gr/products/381740238-fit-on-form-infinity-weighted-hula-hoop-blue) --- *Product available on Desertcart Greece* *Store origin: GR* *Last updated: 2026-10-01*
