Passive antenna systems can send or receive signals but not at the same time. It has to be one or the other. Everything also has to be no more than 50 ohms too from parts, antenna to wires. I do not believe this system will work for sending signals for in-ear monitoring systems as long as my understanding is correct. I would call or email the technical staff of RF Systems (Google them) and they can answer all your questions on sending and receiving signals or do a Google search on the subject.
