A handle that stays cool. Best of all, two spouts that pour so precisely I can use it to make my morning pour-over. You're paying for a great pan, not a top you don't need. You have tops that will work.

Works on the stove for making sauces or boiling water for tortellini, has a high quality lid for letting foods rest after cooking, heats evenly on my induction stove. But the reason it is my favorite is because it looks so nice on the table as a serving dish too. The handles don't get overly hot, even when moving direct from stove to table (a trivet or something underneath is needed though.) There is another version with silicon treated handles, but it doesn't look as good for use on the table. This piece is just splendid for boiling and draining ravioli, adding sauce, and bringing straight to the table!
