I also get migraines. I discover that the non-acetone nail polish removers (and 3free) nail polish is the only way I can do my nails without triggering a migraine.This item works better than a cotton ball or cotton pad. It is simple to use, just stick your finger into the sponge and rub until the polish is gone. It even comes with a little metal stick with a tiny sponge ball on the end for you to do your toes.There is only two problems. If you wear dark polish then when you rub it off your nails it might stain your skin up to the knuckle. Which means you better have the normal bottle of non-acetone polish and a cotton ball to clean up your skin. The second problem is the toe nail polish remover. The ball quickly gets stained and takes a bit of work (more than a cotton pad) to clean up the toe nails.All in all I like this better than cleaning my nails the old fashion way. I love this product, if you try it once { if your nails are real } it is easy all you do is put the finger in a whole already made in the middle you swirl around the finger end and then all polish is gone. It last many times. Once used, I would bet you will go back just as I. Great stuff-last longer than anything other remover, made so you can get polish off easily. I no longer found this in my local stores and found it on Amazon. I bought a bunch and put them away. This is a great remover and very easy to use. You put your finger in and swish it around and your polish is removed. It was delivered very quickly and perfectly packaged to prevent any spills or problems. The price was excellent as well. Somehow the remover they carry now in CVS is their own brand and doesn't remove the polish nearly as well. They no longer carry this brand which is far superior.
