Didn't realize its versitality. I was trying to use parchment paper, but I was going through so much of it (I have to be careful due to allergies and cross contamination). I also ALWAYS under or over measure dough for pies, empanadas, etc. I just wanted something silicone to help with stickiness. Without being aware, these can be used in the oven, freezer, microwave, etc. I used these mats on my cookie sheets for my cookies and had no issues; cookies didn't stick and the mat stayed in tact. I loved how easy these were to clean and dry. They are also dishwasher safe. I will be using these to replace parchment paper and for baking. I have been a big stoneware fan. I have decided on Silicone bakeware to replace the stoneware. I don't care for metal baking pans.
