I was concerned when I saw reviews about the apricot being dry. The ones I received were soft and plump on the inside. The apricot was also full of flavor. The chocolate made it even more special. It's definitely a high quality chocolate. The product was a little bit melted when it arrived (Florida delivery), but it was still very enjoyable in that condition. I was vey thankful for the individual wrapping. It's a nice healthy chocolate treat. I also tried their chocolate covered prunes. They are just as good (if not better). I will be ordering more of these in the future.**Update**I felt the need to update my review a day later. The product isn't as soft & plump as the first day I received them. I actually liked them better when they were a little warm and melty (from the delivery). They are still very good at room temperature. But, they are actually a little more chewy.
